"The mattress was not comfortable at all. We couldn't sleep whole night due to it."
"It’s located in a very beautiful, quaint little town! Eldos himself made sure our stay was comfortable. We even took the transportation services from him and drive was incredible. We got home cooked meal for dinner and breakfast. Quite close to Kaindy lake, which Eldos drove us to in his soviet era van!"
"It was a little cold for us since we visited in peak winter and we aren’t used to such temperatures."
"You have a great view of the mountains."

"Loved the mountain cottage feel. It is newly renovated, hot water and heating inside is great. We had requested a vegetarian breakfast, and it was simple but very wholesome. We loved it."
"The wifi only works outside the cottage, not inside. Kitchen has kettle and microwave, not a stovetop. Neither of these bothered us though, it was great to disconnect and enjoy the views."
"Spacious, good location and responsive host"

"È una struttura accogliente, familiare. Non ha nulla del grande albergo ma è come una casa. Pulitissima, semplice, con un bel parcheggio protetto. In un lungo viaggio è una sosta-relax"

"The hotel is run by a lovely family. They spoke English and it helped me a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. I had the New York room. The reflective ceiling was fascinating. Mansur took me on a historical tour of the city. I could visit places that are inaccessible by public transport. I'm really thankful to him. I also learnt a lot about the various cultures in Kazakhstan through them."
