"Great location! I walked everywhere, or almost. Lots of shops nearby. I was in a top bunk with no charger, but when a lady in the bottom bed left, the staff let me move there. They're super nice. Some of them speak English, and if not, then bad Russian and google translate gets you far. The rooms and bathrooms were always very clean. Beds had curtains, which is nice."

"Отличная чистая тихая квартира с новым ремонтом в многоквартирном доме с закрытой территорией. Прекрасный вид из окна. Есть все необходимое для проживания (посуда, утюг, стиралка, посудоемочная машина, микроволновка, дополнительное постельное белье, быстрый интернет). Хозяева приятные в общении люди, готовые подсказать и быстро реагирующие. Удобное расположение. Рядом несколько кафе, небольшие магазины, автобусная остановка, до Мега Алматы 20 минут пешком, до Атакент 10 минут на самокате. В следующий раз в Алматы обязательно снова выберу этот вариант. Рекомендую."

"We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place for our first night after landing in Almaty. The apartment was comfortable, well-located, and very convenient. What truly stood out was Elena’s kindness. During check-in, she personally waited for us by the roadside because she was worried we might get lost. Even though we communicated using a translator, she was extremely patient, helpful, and made sure everything was clear for us. Thanks to her warm hospitality, we had a very positive first impression of Almaty right from the moment we arrived. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for first-time visitors to Almaty."
