"The host was super friendly and went to look for us near the center. The accommodation is a mini apartment as for a short stay."

"All new and very clean, quiet location, great beds and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall great value!"

"The location was good. The host was very kind enough to let us in earlier than checking time. The apt was clean"

"The hotel is run by a lovely family. They spoke English and it helped me a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. I had the New York room. The reflective ceiling was fascinating. Mansur took me on a historical tour of the city. I could visit places that are inaccessible by public transport. I'm really thankful to him. I also learnt a lot about the various cultures in Kazakhstan through them."
