"Room was exactly as expected, large, clean & comfortable. Air con is lovely and cold. Bed is very comfortable. Staff are super friendly. They also offer transport services between city’s, laundry, breakfast etc etc. We liked the place so much we booked an extra night !!"

"There is no elevator and the stairs are steep if you are on the 4th floor (staff are happy to help you carry luggage up though)."

"Its run by a lovely family, and they were so kind and welcoming. I arrived just at the start of Songran so there were a bunch of water terrorists aged 2 to 9, i guess, living across the street. Ambushed every time. Loved the location, just a 5-minute walk to the street market."

"Room was spacious and kitchen was great. What I loved was the balcony. It had shade which was good in the heat and the door had a bug-net installed so we could keep it open even during the night. It was lovely to fell asleep listening all the noises from the river, the cicadas, fishermans and birds."

"I had a very comfortable stay at this accommodation. The room was clean and well arranged, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were welcoming and helpful whenever I had questions. The only minor drawback was that the Wi-Fi signal occasionally fluctuated, but overall the experience was very pleasant."

"This has to be the premier location in Vientiane. Great location, with free courtesy bus to major attractions. Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling friendly accommodating staff. The foyer is large and welcoming with a coffee shop. The rooms are excellent, clean, comfortable, modern, large. Bathroom excellent with great shower and hot water pressure. The toilet is fully automatic opens lid on entry and flushes. Curtains are remote controlled and truly excellent black out quality. Breakfast choice is excellent and amazing. Happy hour with a choice of beers is great, we ate in the restaurant every night and were never disappointed in the presentation, quality, value and flavours. All the staff there pride themselves on customer service and they deliver excellence. A 10/10 from me. I have extensively travelled, I would rate here as the best experience I've encountered. I could not fault a single thing."
