"호텔은 매우 우아하고 아름다웠습니다. 객실은 매우 청결했고, 베개와 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 수영장은 잘 관리되어 있었고, 밤에 조명이 켜졌을 때 정말 멋져 보였습니다."

"사장님께서 내내 웃는 얼굴로 응대해주시고 방비엥역 가는 툭툭도 직접 불러주시고 짐도 들어주시고 매우 친절함, 24시간 내내 숙소 관리하시느라 바쁨(사장님이 베트남분이라 번역기로 의사소통 할때는 베트남어로 하면 됨), 한국인이 우리밖에 없었음, 조식 맛있음, 사쿠라바까지 걸어서 1분거리, 메인거리에 있어서 치안도 좋았음, 내부도 외관도 라오스 현지 느낌이라서 좋았음 😊"

"The tuktuks I tried to negotiate with the reception were offering crazy prices, and never wanted to arrange for grouping with other travellers although there are tons going to the same place at the same time, forcing you to rent the whole thing for one person (when I went to the train station at the same time as other travellers they called four Tuktuk at the same time although we could all have fit in one)"

"Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean with everything we needed. A basic breakfast was offered which we weren’t expecting, so was a nice surprise. Nice and close to the airport with a free airport shuttle."

"One of their staff, Mr Boun, was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way in locating my lost iPad left in Vientiane. I also loved the location, the casual but cosy vibes, the breakfast, in fact everything about this place. Also took one of their recommended tours for kayaking, caving, tubing and to the lagoon. Had a wonderful experience."
