The staff were exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and always willing to help—they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their warm and thoughtful service made our stay feel extra special. A special thanks to Ricky, the owner, who was always responsive and attentive, as well as to Lyn and Walid, who were incredibly helpful with all our needs. As Ricky said, “You check in as customers and check out as friends,” and that’s exactly how we felt.
