"The staff were amazing, always there when you need them and so kind. Let me tell you, the view was the best. I have the most beautiful picture of a sunset. I thought the location was amazing so close to all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at Lancaster Eden Bay next time I visit Beirut. Thanks team for a wonderful experience. I won't mention any names because everyone was AWESOME."

"I recently stayed at Lancaster Bay and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the team at Reception provided outstanding service — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. My room was excellent: spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The excellent service continued upstairs at the restaurant, where the staff were attentive and made every meal a pleasure. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lancaster Bay to anyone looking for a top-quality stay. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"Staff are so attentive and friendly. The location is great, in between Le Mall and ABC mall 2 min walk to either one. Breakfast is delicious and generous. The room is spacious and they don’t charge for an extra bed for small child. Beds and pillows are comfortable, shower is good pressure and nice. A great view ! Also a 12noon checkout which is very helpful!"
