"I would expect a better coffee quality in the rooms for a five stars hotel. A small nespresso machine will make it a better experience for those who are coffee lovers like me and my husband :) 3 in 1 nescafe disappointed us a bit. however, to be fair, when we ordered the espresso to the room, they offered it complimentary which is a nice gesture from the hotel. I think breakfast staff needs to be more smiling, however, the ones at reception were very friendly with lovely smiles :)"

"Every staff member was very friendly and welcoming. They were attentive to all the details of our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Ehden is such a nice place in winter and Mist is the perfect hotel to experience it!"

"The breakfast area was small & variety of breakfast was disappointing for such an expensive, lush hotel! Was expecting good local breakfast foods & more seating area outside. Also the pool was swarming with kids leaving adults none of that peaceful, serene scenescape you see in the photos. Also the standard room was very ordinary & came at a ground level with no balcony and plants blocking the window - definitely not worth almost $400 a night! 😱"
