"We had a wonderful stay here. The room was comfortable and it was easy to access the town, which made getting around very convenient. The hosts were lovely and made me feel very welcome throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed the authentic Sri Lankan food, which was delicious and a real highlight of the experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"You could not find a friendlier place to stay. It's a simple place with a small pool but a big welcome. There's also the sweetest puppy. The Sri Lankan breakfast is substantial and delicious. It's a short journey to Richmond Castle which is well worth a visit."

"Everything was perfect for our stay. Victor and his family were wonderful hosts who welcomed us warmly into their home. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast portions were huge and the variety was excellent. The food was Sri Lankan and wonderful. Our room was comfortable and spacious and we had access to tea and coffee making facilities, which was great. The pool in the garden was great for cooling off after a day sightseeing. We loved the location as we were able to walk to local eateries and two train stations and the bus stand were easily accessible. We thoroughly recommend a stay here and we will return I am sure. Thank you!"

"Feel Villa is a home away from home. I booked based on the previous reviews and was so glad I did. From the moment I stepped through the gate, Victor gave me the warmest, most friendly welcome that made me feel right at home. The family is so lovely and I was looked after with delicious home cooked meals and great chats with the family and other guests. The room had everything I needed for my stay and is located on a quiet street but just a short walk to the main road/shops. By far the best homestay I have stayed in and somewhere I will return to when I come back to Sri Lanka😊"

"The host was exceptionally kind, offering drinks on arrival and delicious breakfast! The beds were comfortable with mosquito nets. They told us about local places to eat and the place we went was delicious! They allowed us to park our tuktuk on site and the whole stay was amazing. We wish we could've stayed longer! "Beautiful home and family. Victor went over and above to ensure we had a great experience. His home is clean with a lovely pool, big breakfasts, bikes available to use and he even did some washing for us after we’d been to the gym. Excellent Homestay and very kind people - if you are going to Kalutara you must stay here!"

"Accommodation was basic but clean and lovely. Beautiful swimming pool. Delicious breakfast but even better was the genuine reception received from Victor and Deepi and their family. So hospitable and shared with us a wonderful insight into Sri Lankan life. If you want to tour locally they can arrange this at reasonable prices for you."
