"Thank you for two unforgettable days! We were a group of five from Germany and Austria, and our stay at Nisala Villas was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family – always friendly, warm-hearted, and attentive to every little detail. No wish was left unfulfilled – even our slightly crazy requests were met with smiles and open arms! Everything was so beautifully organized, and we truly felt cared for in every way. The breakfast was an absolute dream, and the meals prepared especially for us were delicious and full of love. The massages were deeply relaxing and a wonderful addition to our stay. It felt like every wish was read from our lips before we could even speak it. We leave with full hearts and unforgettable memories. With all our love – we’ll be back!"

"Beautiful Villa, it’s not a luxury villa, but a good villa for a family getaway, it’s well maintained to the naked eye. Great views as you can see from the pics but mind you there is no beach or access to the water. Tharanga the house manager was excellent and attentive. The land block houses 6 villas, we had friends in another villa for a bucks night and we used this villa to keep our baby, nanny, maid (safely) and us parents to sleep at night."

"0. Breakfast - it’s there worst Breaky you can get from a villa, just basic and not worth the rate at all. Don’t expect continental or hot English Breaky here. I have attached a pic (note: the sausages I paid and got it from the shop) so expect toast, eggs and fruit salad when they say breakfast is included. To make it worst I paid for 4 guests but only breakfast for 2 was laid out, probably they assumed we were going to the other friends villa, but then again they could have asked or opened the table for 4 adults. 1. I’m attaching some pics of the housekeeping rules, that’s not listed on booking for guests to be clear what to expect before booking. 2. We came at the allocated check in time, we asked to order lunch but was told it would take about 2 hours, understood, it was our mistake not to pre plan but it would have been nice if we knew there is not menu. Tharanga was able to get lunch for the nanny and maid, (which was horrible) so best pre plan it. 3. Me and my wife was not staying for dinner but our nanny and maid was, since it was only them, while passing the kitchen I heard the cooking lady say, “tell them to get dinner from outside too, because it’s only workers” I kept my mouth shut and when Thanranga approached me later and suggested the same to get dinner, I told him how horrible lunch takeout was and to please ask the cook to make dinner and I’ll happy to pay extra. 4. Room mix up, I booked the full villa, as the doc says but you only get the number of rooms booked, my friends who got confused crash at this villa with their bags and slept over, extra was charged and I was happy to pay. But for future reference dear property owner if only two rooms and booked, try and lock the other rooms up. So there won’t be a confusion."

"Location and facilities. The swimming pool was good. The design of the villa is excellent. it is spacious and the Living room on the ground floor with a big Screened TV was a bonus. We enjoyed the thrilling T20 Cricket World Cup final match which India won. We had reason to celebrate and this place was an excellent place to be with family & friends."

"As we were in the off-season, the basement Gym did not look usable. Some of the locks on the doors were non-functioning."

"The layout of the villa, the pool, the Views, the bedroom setup, the bathrooms. Udara the chef cooked us amazing Breakfast and Masala Tea. We liked the entire team. They were very helpful & Kind."
