"It has a wonderful atmosphere; it's lovely to watch the river all day and the sunset in the evening. The owner was very helpful, and it's close to everything – markets in 3 minutes, train station a 10-minute walk – and a fantastic breakfast."

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. 👍🙌🫶 The staff is truly exceptional, they are attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. They genuine care for their guests, and truly value the experience of every visitor. 🏖 The room was big, cozy and well-maintained. There is an AC, kettle and fridge. I highly recommend."

"The property was clean and the swimming pool was clean, it’s located on the river. The people that run this property are very kind and friendly, especially Ranji, he’s exceptional and the lady that does the Ayurveda treatment is also very good. The owners son, Dinesh does the river safari and his knowledge is excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the river cruise. He took me to the beach and a restaurant on his boat. Also the breakfast was lovely."

"Unforgettable stay with incredible hospitality I had the best night staying here near Yala National Park. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. They cooked the most delicious kottu and lunch – some of the best food I had during my time in Sri Lanka! They also arranged the safari for me, which was absolutely amazing. I saw so many animals and had a truly unforgettable experience. What I appreciated most was how helpful they were beyond just the stay – they even helped me organize drivers for my onward travels around Sri Lanka. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Yala National Park!"

"Amazing views over breakfast, overlooking fields full of birds and Sigiriya rock. Can't ask for a better way to start the day. The hotel owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helped us arrange anything we needed. Short walking distance to restaurants and bars (tip- visit the Rastarant) and bus stop, with Sigiriya rock walkable too (albeit a little further). Hotel rooms are modern with A/C, and a nice balcony. Couldn't recommend this place enough."

"So peaceful. The best we had during our stay! Beautiful garden, lots of birds. Own terrace in which you can enjoy your life! Clean, spacious room with a kitchen area. Dinuka and his family are just super hosts. You can enjoy delicious homemade breakfast each morning. Not far from the main street, you can walk to buy food or other stuff. You feel like at home. Will certainly come back."

"큰 차가 못 올라갈 정도로 가파른 길이라 캐리어를 끌고 올라갔는데, 베란다에서 마주한 풍경은 그 정도로 수고로움은 보상해주고 남습니다. 뷰맛집 2층도 풍경이 가린 아래층도 방은 아늑했어요 화장실 문에 녹슨 문고리를 좀 교체해주면 좋겠어요 화장실 잠글 때마다 손가락으로 잡아야 하는데 손에 녹슨 냄새가 배였어요."
