"We had an overall great stay here. The owner is lovely and very kind. It’s also in a quiet and convenient location where it’s close to restaurants and the beach. The room was spacious and it was great to have use of the kitchen facility and terrace."

"The only downside was the room gets incredibly hot at night and the two fans in the room really don’t do much. They hardly reach you which makes for uncomfortable nights sleep."

"Villa Laceleaf is a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful paddy field. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the outdoor seating areas provided the perfect spot to unwind. And the food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was freshly prepared with rich flavors and authentic ingredients..."

"Great budget option in an excellent location to visit Bundala NP. Especially liked to lovely balcony to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. Good dinner provided. Highly recommend for a night or two. The owner organised our safari trip so mention it on booking."

"We loved our stay at The Train View! The host family is the friendliest people! They were so accommodating and went the extra mile for us to be as comfortable and informed about Nuwara Eliya as possible. We had to check out at 07.00 our last day, and still they woke up to make us breakfast at 06.15. The breakfast was delicious and they served amazing locally produced tea. The host told us everything we needed to know about buses and the train to Ella. The view was amazing and it was only a short walk to the most beautiful waterfall. The Train View is located 15 minutes outside of Nuwara Eliya town, but the town is all about nature which made the location perfect. We really want to recommend this wonderful accommodation!"
