"Staff was very friendly. They helped us to book the table for dinner in lotus tower. Also we had some trouble with my tour guide (from klook) and one of the hotel staff tried to help us. 로투스 타워 전망대 디너를 예약하고 싶었는데 호텔 직원께서 직접 전망대로 전화해서 예약을 도와주심!! 그리고 클룩을 통해서 원데이 투어를 신청했었는데 당일날 로컬 가이드가 30분이 지나도 안왔음;; 그때 호텔직원께서 또 전화해서 도움을 주심!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and the first day of our stay, blackout happened. We used our phone flash light while taking a shower😂 Also they have some weird policy about late check-in. Even though you already paid one night, if you check in late, they will charge you again for the half of the stay. 이 호텔에서 이틀 묵었는데 첫날 밤에 정전이 일어나서 휴대폰 손전등 켜서 샤워함... 그리고 우리 비행편이 밤늦게 도착하는거라서 체크인을 늦게 했는데, 그 하루치 호텔비를 계산했는데도 불구하고 거기에 플러스 절반정도를 더 냄.... 호텔 규칙이 그렇다고 함........... 밤늦게 체크인 할 경우에는 완전 비추임"

"Awesome location, overlooking Beira Lake and close to the city centre. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool was large and so inviting after a day out in Columbo. The coffee shop (beneath reception) made good coffee and toasted sandwiches."

"We had a great stay here and it was the perfect place to spend a couple of nights in Colombo. The location was excellent for visiting some of the main highlights, the staff were incredibly friendly, and they made our son’s second birthday feel really special by surprising him with a cake and singing for him at breakfast. That was such a lovely touch. The Thai restaurant was also excellent. We’d definitely recommend it."
