"Very well maintained property with passionate staff. All amenities, rooms, open air area, pool, garden everything was perfect . Chef Madura was carrying about entire experience, starting from the food - delicious and amazingly plated, ordering Tuk Tuk, or scheduling activities- all time great. We are thankful to the whole staff and the management if the property. Communication with Nimali pre-arrival was timely and clear. Team is doing their best to make guests feeling perfect and they do that very well"

"The best stay in our entire two weeks in Sri Lanka! The property is even better than the photos, gorgeous views, attention to detail and the almost private beach at the bottom is LITERALLY PARADISE! "Absolutely loved Walatta House - the most beautiful setting with a gorgeous beach at the end of garden which is almost empty. Lovely for swimming at this time of year but you also have an enormous warm pool at your disposal.Nimali was so helpful before we arrived and Madura and his smiling team at the house make everything seamless. Madura’s cooking is just amazing - really enjoyed the breakfast pancakes and the dinners and lunches that we had at Walatta. Although worth going out one night to experience Smoke & Bitters! And all we really loved Wally, the friendly house dog."
