"The place is true to the picture. It provided us with resheshing and homey feelings .Child friendly and safety could be felt for the kids. The staff was friendly, and we felt comfortable communicating with each of them. Abuti Andreas from the restaurant was an excellent person. He was patient and accommodated our different diets and kiddies'needs without complaining. Ausi Mmoneng, a warm welcomed, was noticed from her. It made us felt at home. Her prompt response to our requests and queries was amazing. What I also liked was where the area was located. It fulfilled our wishes. We wanted to be within the locals. Where we hear the livestock sounds, people speaking the real sesotho language To be part of the Basotho nation."

"There is room for improvements, though; - the Wi fi connection, it was poor or not available at all. The prizes for activities to be included on the notice - e.g.horse riding -The shower mat rubber be placed in the shower, especially on very cold weather days. I did ask, but I was provided with a second bathroom mat instead. - clearing the dust under some of the beds (I found some under my bed)."

"The receptionist at check in wasnt particualrly friendly and she didnt give us the WiFi code or tell us when and where breakfast would be. Other staff, in the restaurant were excellent. Also we were supposed to have a free upgrade to a family room with 2 beds but we only got a room with one bed. However the room we got was very good so we didnt mind."
