"Really pleasant apartment in a nice old art nouveau building, very cozy interior, excellent location - central, close to bars and restaurants, but also convenient to get to/from the railway station. Windows facing the road, but it was never noisy or busy. The host was agreeable and even let me stay longer than the check-out time, which is always nice. Stayed by myself but can easily stay there with another person. Probably one of the best places that I've stayed at in Riga."

"Really nothing bad to say. If I had to nitpick, some of the kitchen equipment needs replacing - the nonstick pans are scratched up (unfortunately this is common because of careless guests), and the old faded plastic kettle needs replacing as well to match the nice decor. Would be good as well if the check-in instructions were written down rather than having to phone the host, but thats a minor thing."

"Warm and friendly welcome by sergey who met me outside the property and guided me threw everything inside which by the way is everything you could possibly need for your stay , washing machine came in very handy and opening the kitchen cupboard full of coffee /tea/spices etc to much to list really it was definitely a home from home. The property was very secure and quiet and a short walk to the big supermarket nearby and transport links made this location perfect. if you want a home from home feel to your stay then this is the place .a very reasonable price also I can't speak highly enough and slightly sad to leave after my 4 night stay in Riga .big thanks Sergey and Alexandra"

"Perfect stay. There is a deer park next to it so even without going on a safari tour you can see some deers around. The room where breakfast is served is with a panoramic view of deer park and you can see them in a distance. The best table will be in the left far corner (as we were the only guests, this is where we vere served). Breakfast was very good. We got a room upgrade as were the only guests, which was a very nice guesture."
