"The property has the basic amenities. It's quite spacy. The cable/smart-TV has a lot of channels. The internet is fast and stable. It's quiet."
"The wear-and-tear is visible. It could have been cleaner. There are some things that shows a lock of concerns from the hosts - eg, the hot water is not connected to the bathroom sink, and the hosts don't seem to care. The bed could use a new mattress."

Gultas vidū ir dziļa bedre, kura ļoti traucē normāli gulēt, par šo naudu varētu būt nodrošināta arī kafija vairāk nekā 1 personai, tējkarote viena, nav dušas želejas vai šampūna utt. , ir palikts daudzās vietās, bet Hugo dzīvokļi vismaz 2 no trīs noteikti nav 40-50€ vērti, nolietotas mēbeles, nav padomāts par klientu ."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"
