"The location and price"

"Upon arrival, we had to contact the host to find out where the key would be, by mistake we entered the next door apartment as it was t clear which door was for our apartment. Entering the apartment everything seemed fine, but upon inspection the WiFi and air con wasn’t working. The fridge had contents of either the previous guests or the owners - quite a bit of food. As previous reviews have mentioned, quite a lot of personal belongings were present in the flat - this wasn’t a deal breaker but still quite strange. When contacting the host, she sent over her mum to sort out the WiFi issue which was a case of plugging in the router. The lady said she will contact her son in law about the air con but we didn’t hear anything further - thankfully it wasn’t hot so wasn’t needed but if it had been, we would have struggled without it, as it was one of the deciding factors upon booking this apartment. Dishes and cooking equipment may need a good clean and update - we just about managed to make one meal and have enough forks. Frying pans need replaced. All in all, we stayed two nights and didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment but still disappointed not having the comfort and cleanliness that would be reasonably expected. Would not recommend this apartment with young children as there’s a lot of decor they could get into. Photo attached of the fridge contents upon our arrival."

"Great location, right on the main high street of Jurmala. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. Apartment looks like a museum, and there is always something to research."

"Asunnon sijainti oli erinomainen. Pääsimme majoittumaan toiveemme mukaan etuajassa. Yleinen siisteys oli hyvä."

"Emme tavanneet majoittajaa tai hänen edustajaansa koko aikana. Jouduinme itse etsimään ilman ohjeita oikean asunnon rappukäytävästä. Avaimista jouduimme erikseen tiedustelemaan. Osa astioista oli likaisia. Asunnossa oli runsaasti jonkun henkilökohtaisia tavaroita, joka oli epämiellyttävää."

"Labiausiai nepatiko švara ir pilna asmeninių šeimininkų daiktų. Iki tokio lygio, kad ant skalbimo mašinos palikti vyriški apatiniai, gerai, kad nors švarūs. Skalbimo mašinoj buvo nešvarių skalbinių :( Virtuvėje ir visose indaujose pilna stiklinių, bokalų, kitų indų, bet bute tik dvi šakutės. Mes buvom 5, buvo labai nepatogu. Vienoj iš dvigulių lovų buvo tik vaikiška 1 m. pločio antklidė, teko miegoti po lovatiese :( Buvo nurodyra, kad yra wifi, tv, kondicionierius, mikrobangų krosnelė, bet to nebuvo arba neveikė. Šeimininkai pasakė bus, bet po mėnesio. Bute daug senovinių daiktų, gal ir įdomu pasižvalgyti, bet ant jų pilna dulkių :( Antresolėje, kur įrengta dvigulė lova, suaugę negali miegoti, nes dėl skliauto netelpa. Pabandėm atitraukti, po spintelę purvas! Kiemas su lauko baldais, hmmm.. įkėliau nuotrauką"

"Labai gera vieta - Jūrmalos pėsčiųjų alėja visai šalia, o jūra netoli. Šeimininkai malonūs."

"Nėra plaukų džiovintuvo. Ant langų nėra tinklelių nuo uodų. Labai daug šeimininkų daiktų (batų, drabužių ir kt.) bute, kas nėra malonu. Butas antrame aukšte, o laiptai į jį labai nepatogūs. Bute vienas kambarys yra antresolėje, o laiptai į ją nepatogūs (tikrai nėra tinkami mažesniems vaikams ir senyvo amžiaus žmonėms), be to antresolės turėklas smarkiai kliba. Trūksta švaros."

"Очень красивые двухуровневые апартаменты, которые находятся в центре на пешеходной улице Йомас! Очень аутентичное место, расположенное на 2 этаже над антикварным магазином! Во дворе есть место для парковки машины. Рядом кафе, пицерия, где можно перекусить. Близко от моря. В самих апартаментах есть кухня, где есть всё! Есть камин, стиралка, посудомойка. Приезжайте и всё увидете своими глазами! Я была приятно удивлена и потрясена увиденным при входе в апартаменты! А утром с чашечкой кофе ходила и рассматривала детали этой чудесной квартиры! Заселились очень быстро. Спасибо хозяйке!"

"В апартаментах нет микроволновки, но есть плита и посуда. И во время нашего пребывания не было WIFI. Но это всё не критично для нас!"
