"A very beautiful and pleasant hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling – you truly feel welcome. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old medina, with everything just a short walk away. The breakfast was excellent, a delicious and authentic Moroccan experience. "Dar Borj is a true hidden gem nestled in the little alleyways of the old medina. Its location is absolutely ideal for exploring, yet it still feels tucked away and peaceful. Aziz couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are as charming and cosy as they come — it truly exceeded all expectations. Be sure to take them up on their offer to arrange a day tour for you — you won’t regret it. I did one with Mahmoud and learned so much about the rich history and hidden corners of Fez. An unforgettable experience all around."
