"Beautifully located, well equipped and with a minimalist esthetic. While very decent, not too posh. Restaurants around the corner, lagoon 10 mins by foot. Good breakfast served in the common (living) room. Accessible terrace with breathtaking sun set view to the lagoon and ocean."

"Cat lovers who are not allergic will love them: The house cats are around all the time. Our room was smelling a bit humid which made us decide to not stay another night."

"Featuring exceptional views to the lagoon. The staff is very helpful and breakfast was great. We loved the decoration mixing simplicity with tradition giving it a peaceful feel. 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a 15 min walk to the beach/little hoping port to take to the other side of the lagoon."

"This place was the perfect spot to relax into holiday mode. The staff were lovely and very accommodating and fellow guests were friendly when using the share lounge, balcony etc. I felt safe walking around this area as a solo female traveller."

"The view and the architecture and the bed warmers the staff was nice too."

"We stayed in the room that is the closest to the front gate. And the neighbors dog was very loud. That’s really the only down side. We will definitely spend more next time and get the room upstairs with the view."

"Very clean, nicely furnished, great bathroom, comfortable beds, clean sheets, very friendly host. The room had its own bathroom with shower and hot water, and its own mini kitchen with a sink, plates, glasses, fridge, toaster. I would rather stay here, instead of an actual hotel."

"It was an unforgettable experience, staying in a Riad was magical. The ambiance and charm of the place captivated us from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the friendly host and staff. "As a solo traveller, I can only thank Monsieur Jim, Fatima, and the riad staff for making my time here so comfortable. From the beautiful rooms (air conditioned) to the relaxed vibes downstairs in the communal area, everything was superb and better than I imagined. The staff were super accommodating and even though there was a language barrier, we still made it work. Breakfast and and dinner was very nice also. Would definitely recommend this place for solo travellers and couples alike. Merci!"

"Hostel is great. Lots of space, comfy beds, warm at night. Frienldy staff, good atmosphere and plenty communal areas to relax, chill, talk with people or be alone if you want some space. Its inside the medina but close to the outskirts so its easy enough to explore both outside and inside the medina. Lots to see nearby, good food at the hostel and plenty of food places round about. Overall a great place to stay in Morocco. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Fez. Scotland salutes you!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿"
