"Riad Laila was an absolute gem. The location is perfect as everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The riad itself is stunning, it is beautifully designed, spacious, and clearly very well taken care of. Every corner feels thoughtfully maintained. What truly makes the experience special is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to make you feel more than welcome from the moment you arrive. Their warmth adds such a personal touch to the stay. Breakfast was another highlight, as it is absolutely delicious. The fruits and breads vary each day, which keeps things fresh and exciting, so it never feels repetitive. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and one I would happily return to."

"The whole place is like a slice of heaven, an oasis, in the middle of the busy medina. The gardens and communal areas are incredibly beautiful, cared for, and well kept. The staff are all amazing - kind, attentive, and warm. Mustapha and Mohammed were great, nothing too much trouble. Also, the whole place smells like orange blossom, which is delightful."

"Not much. Perhaps the main thing would be a small kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Whilst I'm sure they didn't mind, I felt bad asking the staff for hot water, milk, and cups so regularly."

"The Riad was beautiful and clean. Both the breakfast and the staff were beyond my expectations."

"The location was bad. The Riad is located in the northern part of the city, away from the center (about a 30-minute walk from the heart of the medina). The road is isolated and dangerous, filled with sketchy people trying to scam or rob visitors. I didn’t feel safe."

"It is an authentic riad in the heart of Marrakesh. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were cozy. We were a big group and loved every moment of our stay. The smell of orange tree blossom in the inner courtyard was just an unexpected plus :))"

"The location is great for the square and souks. The alcohol situation is a bit of a pain when stayting near the squire i would recommend getting a bottle at duty free on the way out and drinking it on the roof terrace at the riad. We kept getting different flavour fruit juices from the square to mix with vodka."

"Location was fantastic! Comfy bed and good shower. The staff and food were amazing! Mehdi in particular went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible. Would highly recommend staying here if you want the full local Marrakesh atmosphere, beware though that you will not have undisturbed sleep."

"Dune House was one if the highlights of our trip to Morocco. You come upon this jewel of a place , a stones throw from the sand dunes. This was the only place where we shared rooms but the twin beds were large in a spacious room. As you exit the room you have a lounge room and beyond that a patio where we had our meals watching the sunrise and the evening turn into a night sky dotted with stars. All in all a magical stay at Erg El Chebbi. The staff are a real asset to the place. Mohammed and Rajji were exceptional in their courtesy and cooking skills. Go for it! You will love it."

"First of all, they were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They kindly settled all the transfers for us. Picking us up right by the hotel and dropping us off at the same place. The food was great. The riad is a beautiful as the pictures. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing bad about it."
