You might also be invited to help and prepare some delightful traditional meals. Gluten-free meals can be requested. For your entertainment, the hotel boasts a Moroccan hammam, a swimming pool with children's area and 2 playrooms. Located in the centre of the city, the Moroccan House Hotel is also a great base from which to explore Marrakesh treasures and places of interest such as the Medina and the central market.

"The staff were warm and welcoming from the start. They were always on hand to answer any questions or to give good advice. The hotel itself is charming and beautiful. My room was spacious and clean with nice hot water from the shower and there was a fridge and safe inside. The pool area is nice for relaxing, but beware the water is very cold and refreshing! The breakfast was plentiful, tasty and recommended for the price. The location is good - inbetween the Train staion and the Medina and only a short distance from other places of interest."

"Despite the many negative reviews, we love Moroccan House as we prefer the authenticity of this lovely old hotel. The room is spacious with great aircon and a fridge to keep drinks cold and the bathroom has a good shower. Lovely large pool which is very clean. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety. For the price, we are very happy."

"The premises are spectacular, and the bungalows are very spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was perfect, and we really appreciated being allowed to relax a bit longer after checkout. The hotel also has a restaurant on-site, which we found to be quite good."

"Beautiful arrival lobby, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and nice linens and towels. The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, despite our special request for a quiet room, we were initially placed on a corridor with a schoolclass of loud teenagers who used the hallway like a running track and the rooms as a disco. Fortunately, after asking, we were moved to another room. Even then, despite the improvement, the rooms were still quite noisy. Airplanes fly overhead loudly during the day, but not often and thankfully not at night, which was a relief."
