"The toilet was blocked with paper when we arrived, handle wasn’t flushing . Surprised cleaner hadn’t noticed it as clearly has changed paper and towels."

"The only complaint is the sound. Suits on the 1st floor hear all the sound from breakfast. It is very loud, you hear even low volume talking. So prepare to wake up at 7am :) It is not possible to stay asleep till 9…"

"The rooftop pool and terrace is beautiful, a fabulous little oasis from the heat. It's mainly a very peaceful place (unless loud guests arrive, in which case there's no escape from them in such a small space). The decor is traditional and really striking when you first arrive, very impressive.. The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was lovely and beautifully presented. The riad is only a short walk from the medina wall (which is helpful as taxis cannot access the tiny medina streets/drop you to the door)."

"If the riad is full then you will be up close and personal with other guests, as is the case with all riads - you will hear when they turn on the shower, you will hear them talking, it's just the design of these guesthouses. If you know that in advance and are ok with that, then I would happily recommend a stay here"

"Very nice riad in good location in the medina. Room was good size and comfortable. Food in restaurant was delicious. Rooftop dipping pool was really nice."

"There was a problem with the plumbing that woke us up in the middle of the night with a very loud noise. They fixed it the next day when we told them about it. They compensated us with a complimentary bottle of wine with dinner."

"Beautiful Riad in an excellent location, we loved our room. All the staff were very kind and helpful, they arranged transfers from the airport before we arrived and were also happy to help during our stay. All areas of the Riad were spotlessly clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop and by the small pool after a day sightseeing."

"On more than one occasion the water wasn’t hot and the pressure in the shower was non-existent, it completely stopped working or was a slight trickle once you were in the shower which got a bit annoying trying to rinse off shampoo."
