"Our host was wonderful at responding quickly to my questions while booking. He was helpful upon arrival, and I believe he has created a very nice little apartment for a vacation. Location was good for access to the main roads as we explored the island. The apartment is secure. It has most everything we needed for the week. We did not use the swimming pool area."

"The only reason I did not rate it exceptional is that we ended up sitting on the bed most of the time, because we found the chairs a little hard on our old bones."

"The hosts was very gracious and went out of their way to greet me and show me the apt. The place was well equipped with all the comforts of a home. Surrounded by Nature, the location is one of the best in St. Maarten."

"Very bright appartment, basic but well equiped, great location(even if you don't have a car for few days, beach in about 5minutes walking, also market not too far), and rather quiet location. The host was very friendly, willing to help (we had a problem with induction hub, and he came with in 15mimutes to fix it. Also parking Just right there. Would defenitely return"

"L'emplacement est parfait. Proche des commerces et des plages. Le calme de la résidence. L'accueil chaleureux et attentionné de l'hôte. C'est parfait et je recommande fortement"
