Shanti Hostel

"골목에 위치한 호스텔은 일반 가정집을 개조한 것으로 시설이 좀 낡았지만 이용하기에는 불편이 없었다. 체크인 하니 카드 결제가 안된단다. 당장 지불 안해도 좋으니 현금을 내란다. 1박에 14유로다. 북마케도니아 경제력에 비추어 볼때 비싼편이다. 그렇다고 시설이 좋은 건 아니고 침대는 앉을 수 없을 정도로 높이가 낮다. 위치는 매우 좋다. 버스터미널에서 걸어서 10여분 큰길 거너 VERO 쇼핑몰(저렴한 식당가)이 5분, 알렉산더 광장이 10여분 거리에 있어 편하다. 조식도 주는데 큰 기대는 금물이다. 우유와 콘푸레이크, 사과, 바나나가 전부다. 이 호스텔 2층은 리셉션 바로 위인데 세계 호스텔 중 가장 가파른 계단이 있다. 매우 조심해야 한다."

"Homely vibes and the owners were very kind and welcoming. Two utterly cute cats (you’ll love them). Right next to the bus station (10 minute walk)."

"Staff were super friendly and helpful, super close to main bus station. Shanti the hostel cat is an absolute cutey. Free coffee and a kitchen if you wanted."

"The photos show curtains on the bed but that's not the case for all the rooms. You also can't drink your own beer (ever other drink fine) you have to pay for their beer. Little congested for bathroom use in the morning but would still stay again"

"The bathrooms were squeaky clean, my bed was very comfy, people were very quiet, the kitchen was a god send, the evening gathering at the garden table was very sweet. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Skopje. The staff made me feel at home. They have excellent English skills."

"So close to the bus station, perfect for early or late buses and 20min walk to central, can leave bags. Friendly staff and they can arrange taxi for you which you pay at hostel. Free lockable lockers with key provided."
