"Very cooperative and supportive staff who takes care of the guests and extend their support as much as they can. Ukaah (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was excellent at reception"

"The hotel is very well situated near to the city center and Novotel. The surroundings are relatively quiet. The room is large, very clean and has everything you need for a good stay. Access is not easy, but this is normal for Ulaanbaatar, so you'll have to trust your driver. You can find plenty of restaurants in the area. The breakfast is good."
"A bit expensive, you can find the same service for less. Hot water is not available when there are few guests, and I don't know if you can trust the water purifiers in the halls."
