Instructions for gaining access clear and simple and they kindly allowed us to check in hours earlier than the agreed time. Just 2 minutes away is the Barrakka Elevator which takes you right down near the Ferry port"
"There's just one tall narrow window which only accommodates one person to sit in its alcove to enjoy the view of the Barrakka gardens across the street and one side of the window can't be opened as it needs a few mm taken off the bottom to prevent it jamming on the tiles. (Sneaked a peek into larger room and it has a bigger enclosed balcony which would easily accommodate 2 or more)"
