"방도 크고 편의시설도 잘 되어있고, 위치도 좋아서, 총 3주나 숙박했던 곳입니다. 오랫동안 말타에서 지냈기에 다른 숙소로 옮길까도 했지만 이만한 가격에 이만한 퀄리티의 방을 찾을 수 없을 것 같아서 연장하면서 지냈습니다. 수압은 좀 약하지만 따뜻한 물이 정말 잘 나옵니다. 아침식사도 매일 유사하지만 빵, 샐러드, 음료수, 소시지, 치즈 등이 다양하게 나와서 푸짐하게 먹을 수 있습니다. 또한 쇼핑센터 안에 위치해있어서, 카페를 가기도 편하고 밤에도 안전합니다."

"쌀쌀한 날씨에 왔는데, 방의 난방이 잘 되지 않아서 추웠습니다. 리셉션에 얘기했지만 중앙컨트롤 시스템으로서 바로 고쳐주지는 못하더라구요. 그리고 방안에 냉장고가 없는 점이 가장 아쉽습니다. 겨울이라서 차갑게 먹을 음식이 없기는 했지만 여름에 오면 정말 불편할 것 같습니다. 클럽가 주변이어서 편한점도 있지만 밤에는 약간의 음악소리가 들립니다. 잠이 쉽게 들지 않는 날이면 신경이 쓰일 수 있습니다."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that kept everything in perfect condition. The breakfast staff were friendly and polite, creating a great start to each day. The reception team was also very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."

"The breakfast selection was not the widest, although the food was still very good. The hotel is located in a relatively busy area, so it can be a bit noisy in the evenings. However, the hotel is accommodating and will change your room if possible. And the parking fee, which is €6 charged for each exit from the parking area, was in my opinion a little bit too much. If you need to leave car park more times a day."

"The staff truly deserve respect. We originally booked a standard room, which turned out to be quite disappointing - a small window facing the parking entrance, so it was noisy if opened and hard to breathe if closed, with no real view. We didn’t even complain because we were very tired, but surprisingly the reception called us to check if everything was okay. We shared our concerns, and they immediately offered to show us a few other rooms. In the end, we were upgraded to a room with a terrace on the top floor much quieter, fresh air, and a nice city view. They changed our room without any issues. "The location is a bit unusual. The hotel is inside a shopping center and split into two parts - the pool and breakfast area are in one building, while the rooms and reception are in another. It feels quite inconvenient to go from your room to the pool through the shopping area, so we didn’t even try it. On the positive side, it’s right in the city center, and everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was rather average - sausages were not really edible, other options lacked taste, and the drinks felt diluted."

"We leave with the best impressions of the be.HOTEL. The location is amazing, the staff were incredibly helpful—always smiling and welcoming. The pool is great, the food was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options, and we truly had the best time ever. We will definitely return."

"We had an amazing stay! The room was cleaned every day and the staff were so attentive – they even checked on us in the evenings and brought us chocolate, which was a really lovely touch. The location was great too: very close to the strip but still quiet at night so we couldn’t hear any noise. We would definitely stay here again!"
