Ocean V Hotel

"Everything was superb. Food, view, staff"

"There was no shelf in shower to put toiletries onto. So its a bit tricky trying to use toiletries when you keep having to pick them up off the shower floor. A shelf is most definately needed"

"Very friendly staff. Great cocktails! Teppanyaki restaurant a bonus!"

"Noise from road was very intrusive."

"Really well setup, great choice and the staff were amazing. They had an egg cook to serve your particular egg whim! The view from breakfast was absolutely amazing. The fresh fruit and juices were also really tasty!"

"Aucun."

"Very central"

"The pool area and not enough beds"

"The view from the hotel is very good and most staffs were helpful."

"We had a bad experience with the manager/waiter during breakfast on the last day. He seemed very irritated. Maybe personal reasons I don't know. We need vegetarian diets and he wasn't willing to communicate to the chef and even started ignoring us. The manager on the first two days was very good and listened to us and communicated well to the chef. Only the last day was disappointing."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Half board was very good, it included afternoon tee and three courses dinner (excellent!). Dietary needs were fullfilled in a professinal way. Bus stop was next to the hotel, good connection to Grand Baie."

"The road was very noisy and heavy traffic. At the times water was a little bit brown."

"The staff was very helpful, the food was tasty and we had our privacy nobody came to disturb us."

"We had some issue with the key system and difficulties to open the door. The water for bathtub was dirty(brown)"

"Large, clean room with a beautiful sea view. Air-conditioning worked well and the bed was large and comfy, also the shower was strong and warm. The hotel was quiet at night. The roof terrace was excellent with a wonderful view- we had a nice breakfast (with fresh cooked eggs), used the pool , had a complementary tea with a couple of snacks at 4pm and then, on one night, a very generous Manager's reception happy hour with free fizz and snacks (probably done once per week?) Staff and management were very helpful and willing to please. There is a pretty, low-key beach a few minutes walk away, not too busy when we were there. There are several restaurants quite close by or you can eat on the roof terrace. We liked the crepes at Mam Gouz."

"no complaints really, the lift is a bit temperamental and slow."

"The staff geeta and sanjay were very nice and helpful and the room was very clean. Krishnee jhanvi atish all of them were helpful and helped me to order my pizza for us. Thank you very much ❤️"

"About devina the reptionist was rude her attitude was bad don't have any manners"

"Love the location, food at the rooftop restaurant was tasty and the staff were amazing."

"The smell from the bathroom drainage. That needs to be fixed. Internet was unstable all through my stay and that was very frustrating."
