"Location and cleanliness of bathroom. The CO-WORK space with fee included with the room; and coffee and water available. Very good wifi connexion everywhere. The fence was removed near the beach: VERY NICE INDEED."
"Loud techno music all day long. It would have been nice to hear the waves and read a book quietly at some point . Having to pay in order to enjoy a beach chair. Pool needs a paint job."
"Great little budget hotel Very basic room but the A/C worked and the shower was hot. Cleaning staff kept room very clean. Pool area also in good condition. Within walking distance of local restaurants, grocery store and a mall with McDonalds. Dominos Pizza and Chinese food."

"We only stayed for one night as we landed in cancun but used the pool in the morning which was fab. Aircon in room was also fab."
"Slightly outdated, but not a problem at all as the room was clean, aircon was great and loved the pool. The outside roads of the hotel are a bit less built up but we didn’t leave the hotel during our stay so not a major problem."
"Super clean space, rooms were comfortable and spacious and close to where we wanted it to be. Great value for the money we paid, as we just needed a place to sleep after our day activities. The pool was huge and clean, it was a great little find!"
"The mattresses and pillows are not the most comfortable, but someone from the staff team managed to find us a couple more comfortable pillows. There isn't a cafeteria at this hotel, that would've made a difference to at least be able to purchase coffee, snacks or even water without crossing the busy intersection. No pool towels are provided either."
