"Nice clean room, guy on reception helped me organise a tour to Chichen Itza which picks up from the hotel (many tours do not)"

"Shower water never went hotter than lukewarm - to be fair I didn't complain as it was warm enough for me. You will need a taxi to go to hotel zone if you want."

"We love this hotel,have stayed many times. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The breakfasts are great and not too expensive. It’s in a good location and easy to walk to from the main bus station,maybe 20 minutes."

"The double rooms are a very small double bed,we asked to be moved to a twin,which we were able to do.Maybe a kettle in the room would be nice?"

"Great location. Close to a nice park with food stands and they do festivals. 5 minutes walking to a super market (chedraui) and to the bus stop that brings you to all the beaches in the hotel zone. Amazing staff. Free water."

"Great breakfasts,nice room after moving from a small double to a twin. Really nice,helpful staff,good location near Chedraui supermarket,two Oxxos,Las Palapas park etc. Really clean,the cleaners came every day and did a great job."

"A lot of noise out the front on our first night,went on till really late,very inconsiderate of these people.Staff maybe should have said something to them. A kettle would be really nice to have in the rooms."

"It’s close to everything I needed. I particularly appreciated being a short walk from a supermarket. Public transportation and entertainment are also close by."
