"I loved the hotel itself. The rooms, pools, the entire hotel was beautiful and always clean. I loved the way the hotel has entertainment shows for the guests at night and different activities during the day by the pool."

"My entire family got food poisoning!!!! This hotel is very beautiful! The staff are nice and friendly. People wake up very early to place towels on the beach chairs by the main pool to secure their chairs for the day or else you would be without chairs. But we still managed to get chairs when other families decided to go back to their rooms for the day. The drinks at the pool are bleh, the bar by the lobby is much better. I want to say this was a very nice vacation until we got sick!! Everything was going good until we all got sick!! My entire family of 6. My 3 year old got it the worst!! There's a onsite doctor at the hotel. We had to pay $250 US for my 3 year old to see the doctor. She got a injection and 2 medication totaling to $250 US!!!! We couldn't leave our rooms for the last 2 days and room service decided not to answer on those days. We had to call for towels several times as they didn't replace them when cleaning the room. On the last 2 days we also had to call twice for them to come clean the rooms as they didn't come. I want to say this is a really nice place, fun for families or just adults. But all of us getting sick was outrageous and we did not leave the hotel for any other food etc, so it was food poisoning right from the hotel!! This was the only downfall. Another thing is, most of the restaurants on site are not opened!! The ones that are open are always filled and have long lines, impossible to stand in. The Buffet was always the best bet for breakfast and supper. However as the nights go by, the options and stuff were just repeated and not inviting."

"The front desk staff did forget to call us in the morning we were leaving. Thankfully, I was up. As well, I was also given a price by booking.com and was overcharged by $142.78. Which is bothersome. When spending money at the stores in the resort, they would ask pesos or USD dollars. I would state pesos, and it would be done in USD. Which was way more money. Also, the sewage smell is overwhelming at times."
