"Very nice uncrowded beach. Outstanding beach bar and grill right next door. Fabulous room arrangement: roomy balcony facing the sea > roomy living room > spacious raised dining/kitchen > bathroom and bedroom. Good AC in bedroom, with good through draft elsewhere. Fully equipped kitchen with large drinking-water dispenser. Tap water chlorinated for some safety but not tasty. Just a very comfortable condo unit. Great view east over the beach and ocean. "As elsewhere in Yucatan, you were asked not to put used toilet paper in toilet, but in covered trash container next to it. We have encountered this in other parts of the world and got used to it. But toilet had easy to use bidet feature for rinsing. Dirt road to this and other neighbouring resorts was very rough. Drive slowly and choose the smoothest side of the road."

"The setting is stunning. We loved our room that was ground level and we could walk straight out to the beach. It felt like our very own beach since it was so quiet. The room was spacious and the bedrooms had great aircon. Location was as we expected basically in the middle of Tulum and Playa del Carmen. We went after the spring break so it was very quiet. We hired a car and found it easy to navigate around."
