"The location is perfect, right in the town centre. Comfortable room and bed with a nice, hot shower. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is a cafeteria in the hotel offering a buffet breakfast for 150 pesos. I appreciated the heater in the room because it was cold. I also appreciated that there is a lift for heavy suitcases."

"The hotel is quite dated, so some things don't work as they should, but it was comfortable. I didn’t like that I had to go to reception every time I returned to the hotel to reset my key card - otherwise I couldn't get into my room. The internet was hit and miss, with several different networks to choose from. One would work for a bit and then you had to change it. There was no charging socket near the bed. The room would benefit from having spare blankets as I got quite cold at night."

"A very pleasant overnight stay after a long travel day. The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable and we had a good hot shower. Breakfast is extensive and makes the room even better value. The location is excellent right in the centre and easy to access. The hotel has charming architectural features from a previous era. We really appreciated the service from the doorman."

"We had a king room at the back with a great view off the city and mountains beyond. Bed was comfy and room was spotless and cleaned every day. All the staff were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. Great hotel bar next door serving decent food."

"The original buildings and gardens are beautiful. The pool was nice and warm (but not too warm). The hotel was relaxed and peaceful - great for a lovely chilled out break. The restaurant was good with a wide selection of tasty food. The rooms were clean, a decent size and had lovely comfortable beds."

"말레콘 비치 바로 앞에 있어서, 위치가 여행하기 너무 좋고, 바다 바로 앞이어서, 방에서 보면 오션뷰도 너무 좋음. 가성비 호텔을 찾는다면, 완전 강추. 올인원 샴푸 바디워시가 있고, 위생도 나쁘지 않았음! 로비층에 정수기가 있어서 물을 떠와서 마실수도 있음."

"the physical location of the hotel is excellent at the intersection of a major artery for the city. easy access to mid-town, downtown and places like Tlaqueplaque and Tonala. smaller hotel. The remodelled rooms are excellent. the bed was extremely comfortable. furnishings are a good standard. Coffee maker and water daily. USA and MX TV stations good gym bathroom and amenities were good quality and great shower pressure the price was unbeatable on-site parking with an attendant was free all the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful"

"We’ve had such a great time here. The place is a hidden gem and a perfect place if you are looking for some quiet days at the beach. It is quite remote but with your own car you could explore the surrounding if you want. The staff is lovely and helpful and they‘re doing such a great job with passion. The food at the restaurant is so delicious and every day there is a different menu del dia. Just keep in mind it is closed at noon but since all rooms have their own kitchen you could bring your own food :)"
