"The location of the hotel was very good. You can wak to downtown in 10-15 minutes. The rooms were big, the beds were confortable. There was a coffee machine but there was no coffee in the room. It would be much better if they had put some for use. The shower wasn't that good, it looked old and the pressure wasn't that much. The hotel has a really nice garden and a cafe/restaurant where you can have something to eat. There is also a very small pool in the garden and some sun beds."

"Large Room, AC good, Extended hours at a decent pool, decent amount of tourist visitors (many times we were the only ones using the pool), providing beach towels all the time and 2 bottles of water per room"

"I got room in more quite side of the hotel; it was clean and comfortable; it has a front entrance space with couch, desk and little kitchen utensils (coffee maker, microwave and little fridge only) and shelf; air conditioning good. Victor the maintenance person on the premises is absolutely great, he is the only one who speaks English, and takes care of the pool for the guests when needed; also he fixed the upper lock on my door first day after arrival."

"It can be better if they have someone at the Reception that can speak English too, not only Spanish, but is a downtown hotel so you have to be able to speak some Spanish after all."

"The staff were excellent and the room was a nice size and included a couch, desk, fridge, microwave and a few dishes. The air conditioning worked well. I loved the fresh smell of the towels and sheets. Mercado 28 is around a 15 min walk away. Breakfast was good and available in the courtyard by the pool."

"The hotel is close to a bar which had loud music in the evening. However on our 3rd night we noticed it had been closed down by the government so I'm not sure if that is a temporary closure or permanent."

"For our little family the area was great, the little pool was great for the kids. It was a quick stop so just what we needed."
