"The Resort was great, the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were good."

"The rooms were loud. You could hear people in other rooms. The air conditioning in our room had 3 settings, loud, loud and loud. So no air conditioning for us during the night. Bed sheets looked a little worn. Out mini fridge was not restocked for 4 days, but when reported they over stocked it with extra snacks."

"The types of shows including taco & tequila in the colonial plaza. The white party on the beach was amazing. The buffet food including the 24 hour sports bar was almost as amazing as the A la carte restaurants. The beach had plenty of activities including catamaran sailing and snorkelling."

"On check out day we were hit with an excessive room charge on one of our rooms for over $1000usd on a single transaction which we never made and the hotel couldn’t seem to track. It took an hour to have it resolved which almost made us miss our taxi which would have meant losing additional money. It really killed the vibe we got after having an amazing week at the hotel. Mind you this is something others have complained about also which means theirs a serious system error or human error at the hotel."
