"I love the fact that it was cleaned. The housekeeper changed the sheets daily. It was close to El zocalo and there is a lot of transportation on la costera"

"You don't get any shampoo, just one roll of toilet paper upon my arrival and a tiny bar of soap. I stayed there 6 nights and I was given just one roll of paper and a tiny soap. I had to buy my shampoo, toilet paper and soap. Also I was cold at night because of the air conditioning and I requested and I was told they didn't provide extra sheets so I had to buy a blanket. They don't have laundry service. On my last three nights I noticed that a lizard 🦎 was living under my bed...it came out unexpectedly and once it was behind my pillow..it was scary"

"Location was great. Rooms were a good size. The property was well kept and looked like it had been well looked after. Newly renovated bathrooms. Very secure gated with guards parking. Always felt safe on property."
