"The service from the owners & staff was excellent. Very friendly people. We received anything we asked for. They provided coffee, plates, knives and a place to wash dishes. The beach was great; large, clean and lots of restaurants."
"Not much public space to sit at the hotel, only our room or balcony. No room for lounge chairs. Unfortunately, the pool was a wading pool, shallow & small with very little room to sit around it. We didn't have much of a view. We looked at the grey wall of another building, and other towers in front. There is no planning in Chacala. Older Hotels like ours are having their views blocked."
"Nice building, it was clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach and restaurants and groceries. Easy check in staff were friendly. Well stocked kitchen to cook if you prefer. The walk home from the beach is a bit f an incline so we did get our exercise. Taxis aren't just waiting around, but the property helped arrange transportation on our departure.... try to do this ahead of time Beautiful view from rooftop patio."

"Great Stay at a Budget Hotel I recently stayed at this budget hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. There was always someone at the front desk, usually the owners, which made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler. My room was small but to be expected; both the fridge and air conditioner worked silently, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The shower had warm water, which was a nice comfort. The hotel is well looked after and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown where all the music and action is. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! "
