"An attractive pleasant space to spend time in."

"We specifically chose this hotel in order to use the pool. However the water was ice cold, clearly unheated. No one was able to swim in the spool, including other guests who we saw try to do so. The hot tub was not hot enough, and this resulted in a slippery feeling, likely due to buildup of algae. I saw maintenance workers treating this. But frankly, the heat of the water is the problem. This could actually be dangerous. The effect of the cold pool was that children and their toys used the hot tub daily, making it unsuitable for adults."

"Lovely hotel with style in the very centre of the city. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, nice restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"The view was amazing. I could see the Pacific Ocean. The installations are excellent and I could enjoy the landscapes and the nature. There were beautiful swimming pools to relax. I could eat a delicious breakfast at the open-air restaurant while I was looking at some divers, the turtles and the sea."

"The best hotel that we’ve stayed in Mexico! Unique, authentic design, very delicious, generous breakfast, amazing staff. Super uber comfortable beds and pillows and good curtains to not let morning light in. Quiet through the night. Nice pool, everything is very clean and made to a high standard. We had a car so it would take only 5 minutes and we would be in the center. If we would need to stay again we wouldn’t doubt for one second! Loved everything about the place! Thank you so much!"

"We got a room in the second floor with a balcony, has a nice view, the hotel is in general clean, some personal are not that kind, but overall the personel is very friendly and warm. It has many restaurants and they offer a variable menu for a mid-long saty, the drinks are not the best but for the price is reasonable, some nights they have shows, but we didn't assist to any, the hotel is located in front of the beach which is clean and really nice, also the property has parking"

"Location was beautiful and well kept. Big pool and beach access was a plus! Service overall was top notch, from front desk, concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and concierge. Piaf (Adult only) was our favorite restaurant, and Lucca was second with kids. But honestly, the food selection overall was great for a 3 night stay"

"Excellent location close to the alternative bus station and comfortable bed. Beautiful accommodations. We were able to leave our luggage in a secure location when we arrived too early to get into our room so that we could take care of some business and get lunch. We were then able to get into our room a little bit early when we arrived back at the hotel."
