"침구에 머리 카락이 여러개 붙어 있고, 옷장 안에는 먼지가 가득했습니다.하우스 키핑에 요청해서 베개 커버를 바꿔야 했습니다. 샤워기의 수압은 너무 약합니다. 화장실 변기는 물을 내릴 때마다 채워지지 않아서 수조의 뚜껑을 열고 매번 고쳐줘야 했습니다. 조식은 메뉴에서 고를 수 있었는데 그저 그렇습니다. 다른 호텔보다 조금 싼건 사실이지만 가성비가 좋다고 할 수 없습니다. 청소가 깨끗했고, 화장실 시설이 제대로 작동했다면 불만 없는 이틀을 보냈을 것입니다. 다음 번에는 돈을 더 내고 다른 호텔을 갈 것입니다."
"I asked for a quiet room as there were a lot of families at the pool when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. It quieted down considerably on Sunday as people left for the weekend. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I had an issue with the toilet and shower which were quickly addressed. The shower however was not very good - very little water pressure and very weak stream. Staff were very nice and attentive."
