"Executive Suite은 넓고 구조와 가구가 좋았으며 주방도 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 침대가 아주 편하여 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 위치가 아주 좋아서 Palacio de Bellas Artes, Catedral Metropolitiana 등 관광명소에 걸어가기 좋았습니다. Juarez역, San Juan de Letran역이 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있어서 지하철을 이용하여 다른 지역으로 이동하기 좋았습니다."

"로비에서는 에어컨이 작동하였으나 객실에서는 되지 않았습니다. 호텔 설명에도 에어컨이 없다고 나와있고 10월 하순에는 에어컨이 없어도 괜찮지 않을까 생각했는데 낮 기온이 섭씨 25~28 정도되고 강한 햇살때문에 방이 더웠습니다. 겨울에 멕시코시티를 여행한다면 다시 묵을 생각이 있지만 여름에는 에어컨이 없어서 불가능하다고 봅니다. Wifi가 Executive Suite 전체에서 잘 되지 않고 일부 공간에서만 되고 연결이 자주 끊겨서 로비에서 Wifi를 쓰기도 했습니다. 특히 저녁 시간에는 Wifi 연결이 잘 안되었는데 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 일부 프론트 스탭은 영어로 소통이 잘 안되었습니다."

"If you want to stay in the Centro Historico, this hotel is a great choice. The hotel itself is modern and were given a newly refurbished room with all the mod cons and even a drinking water tap in the bathroom (and help-yourself ice in the corridor outside our room). The paid-for breakfast (about £11 pp) was great—usual good hotel buffet selection and you can order a la carte eggs at no extra cost—with lashings of topped-up coffee. On check-out day, they looked after our cases so we could explore before getting a late evening flight. All-in-all, a great hotel with nothing to fault it."
