"The hotel is gorgeous. It's actually a spot where tourists take photos from outside. Very nice, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, big bathroom. Location is right in the middle of the city"

"There are a couple of issues preventing me from giving a perfect score: no air conditioning, there's a fan in the room but when temperatures outside reach 90 degrees it's not enough. Only one power outlet on each side of the bed. You can either connect the lamp or your phone. In these times it's inconvenient."

"Casa de la Marquesa is a beautiful colonial Mansion in the heart of Queretaro downtown. The rooms are elegantly appointed with a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with all amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall it is an excellent value for money and a wonderful experience of Colonial Mexico."
