"This is a hidden gem in the Tulum hotel zone. It is centrally located with great access to shops, restaurants, and a variety of beach clubs, but also very (relatively) quite affordable. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated in a natural-material Tulum style and are very comfortable. The beach club has great food and cocktails. There is some music coming from it during the day, but they wrap up and are silent from 8:00pm. We are already planning our return."

"I can't think of anything, During our stay, we had a minor issue with the lock on our room. We messaged reception, and it was fixed within a half hour. Great service."

"The smell of the toilet was pretty bad during our stay, with cold showers and low water pressure. Additionally, our room had a private jacuzzi pool on the roof terrace however the water pumps didn’t work"
