"The location is simply great, in the center of Polanco, the stuff was absolutely lovely, the rooftop bar is really nice, and the room was very spacious. They have free snacks in the lift areas which is incredible nice. Our driver Enrique was absolutely amazing, we recommend him completely. The hotel can book him for you, he can be your tour guide and be your driver around Mexico, he was great to us."

"The hotel rooms feel a little bit old, you can hear someone showering upstairs or next to you. The prices in the restaurants and bars are very overpriced"

"This is probably the best hotel in Mexico City. Why? the helpfulness, professionalism and friendliness of the staff is outstanding. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Polanco. the rooms are great. Big, comfortable and contemporary."

"I forgot my passport and documents in the safety box upon my check out. It was found by the room maid and was kept for me by the staff to be picked up next day, including money. Speaks volumes of the employees, staff and management."

"We really liked the amenities, our kids had so much fun. The babies club was great for our little one, he loved it there. All of the staff throughout the resort were so friendly and helpful. The location was also great, very easy to get a taxi to/from anywhere, and not too far of a ride to the airport. Also, they put on an excellent New Years Eve party and feast. The rooms and the overall facility aren't the newest and shiniest, but you can see that it's kept very clean and that they are making improvements. If your looking for high class fancy resort this might not be the place for you, but if you're looking for a fun family resort with excellent staff then this place is great :)"

"The location of the property is 👌 it’s just off 5th Avenue and highly accessible to everything. The property itself is also beautiful and I very much enjoyed my stay here. I would book again 100%. It was comfortable, authentically Mexican and very easy to navigate. It was also highly affordable, such good value for money for the quality!"
