"Although the property is rated as 5 star, it has a feel of being 5 stars ranging from the attentive staff, beautiful shared areas with a pool and gym facilities and spa."
"I would like to have eaten at the restaurant to not go out but the menu didn’t look appealing. However I really enjoyed the breakfasts. Coffee throughout the property was appalling but I just went to the boutique coffee shop around the corner which was of the same standard as boutique coffee shops is London (Gamme and Estacion 72 with the latter doing breakfast too)."

"The maid forgot to clean my room The water presure was broken and the shower wasn't so good. They had some plumb problems. The waitress ask me to pay the tip in cash because the hotel never gives it to the staff."
