"I love everything especially the sofa bed. Location is nice and next to Hospital Queen Elizabeth Kota Kinabalu."

"The place is very comfortable and clean, and everything feels new. The location is nice, and the parking is convenient. There is also an Orange store and Dojo Restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient for meals. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed staying there with my family."
"However, I would like to suggest a few small improvements regarding the kitchen facilities. The cooking pot is quite rusty and not suitable for cooking, so it may need to be replaced. The dish sponge could also be changed to a new one. If it is possible to prepare some kitchen towels as well, that would be a nice addition. Other than these points, everything is good. Thank you for providing a pleasant stay🙂"
