에텐데카(Etendeka) 고원 가장자리의 석조 롯지에 뿌리내린 Grootberg Lodge는 탁 트인 전경을 자랑합니다. 야외 인피니티 풀을 갖춘 이 롯지는 현지인의 복지 향상을 목표로 하는 단체가 운영하고 있습니다. 보존 단체는 이 지역의 프로젝트를 후원하고 현지 야생 동식물 관광의 중요성을 홍보하며, 일자리를 창출합니다. Grootberg Lodge의 모든 침실은 탁 트인 경치을 감상할 수 있는 나무 테라스와 가구를 완비하고 있으며, 볏짚으로 엮은 천장과 아프리카 실내 디자인으로 꾸며져 있습니다. 전용 욕실에 마련된 샤워 시설에서 고원이 내려다보입니다. 목재 가구가 완비된 소박한 다이닝 공간은 고원이 내려다보이는 대형 창문을 갖추고 있습니다. 구내에 바가 마련되어 있으며, 점심 도시락도 이용하실 수 있습니다. 코끼리와 코뿔소를 찾으러 떠나는 자연 도보 여행, 원주민 거주지에서 힘바 부족을 만나는 여행, 동물들이 물을 마시러 오는 클립 강 계곡(Klip River Valley)으로의 드라이브 등을 즐길 수 있으며, 하이킹과 승마도 해보시기 바랍니다.

"The location is amazing. The view over the valley is a highlight of our trip. The way up to the property is a bit challenging, but was worth experiencing yourself. The staff was so friendly, they even gave a surprise singing performance. The food was a menu with local game, that was cooked straight on point. Compliments to the chef! Best game steak we had in Namibia!"

"The pool was cold, it was more a cold plunge! The rhino safari was very long + 10hours, it takes you 2 hours of driving before reaching the start of the game drive, and we didn’t see rhino.. it was also pricey for the experience in my opinion! Also the ride was extremely bumpy (not recommended for old people)"
"Wonderful staff.Also deep respect for Sarah she was very helpful.We get on the way in so much troubles because of the floods.She try to explain the area's to drive safe,directions and options.
