"Very friendly and helpful hosts, as well as all the staff members. Big and nice bedroom with a little balcony. This one doesn't offer the best view, but the terrace even more - an absolutely stunning view. The breakfast is good as well as the dinner. You can walk upon a little rock and enjoy sunrise or sundown with a cool drink and a breathtaking view. The lodge is a nice option for the beginning or the end of a Namibia trip because it's located not far away from the airport and only little more than one hour drive from the city of Windhoek."

"Nice, private and dog-friendly lodge in a quiet area with free roaming horses, giraffes, other game and ostriches. The included dinner was very good and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We very much enjoyed the horse ride and the scenic sunset drive."

"Our kids were a bit disappointed that they couldn't use the "indoor" pool because the water was too cold and greenish. It would be an advantage if payments could be made with credit card."

"Beautiful building and surroundings, lots of lovely places to sit including eating area and the staff were lovely. Cute dogs and ostrich walked right past us! Super clear sky at night."

"Die absolut ruhige, abgelegene Lage, und doch bloss etwas mehr als eine Fahrstunde nach Windhoek. Die grossartige Aussicht vom Restauranthügel. Das überaus freundliche, unkomplizierte Betreiberpaar."

"Great place to stay, well appointed semi permanent tent which gives you the feeling of camping but with the comfort of proper facilities and beds. The location is also stunning, well appointed saw a giraffe on our drive in! Highly recommended."

"Amazing location and great camping2go stays right by the river. The tent has all the amenities including a private attached bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The restaurant is great too. You get to see the hippos right in front of the property, throughout the day. Then you hear them in the night too!"

"I was very skeptical at first when I chose tent accommodation. But it was very comfortable, quiet and pleasant. The tent has everything modern - toilet, fridge, dishes, a decent spacious shower room, terrace. The room is spacious. I was afraid it would be hot at nighttime, but it was pleasantly cool. There was no need to turn on the air conditioning. The hotel has a bar, two restaurants, good meals. You could order excursions, there was a small shop. The view was great. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, sharing valuable recommendations. The accommodation surprised us very positively and we would go back there anytime"
