"직원들이 너무나 친절하고 레스토랑 전망이 훌륭하다. 주변 경치나 화강암 산들이 워낙 훌륭해 사진이 모두 예술로 나온다. 에어컨이 객실에 없어 놀랐는데 밤이 되니 그 이유를 알았다."

"딱 하나. 너무 너무 춥다. 낮 온도가 35도였는데 에어컨 없길래 뭐지? 했는데 세상에나 밤 일기예보 보니 10~15도 까지 내려간다고 나와 인천공항에서부터 갖고 왔던 겨울 파카 (우리가 머문 시기는 12월 말)를 껴 입고 잤는데도 감기 걸렸다. 새벽에 너무 추워 깨어보니 내가 늘 갖고 다니는 온습도계가 무려 11.3도를 (실내 온도가) 가르켰다. 밤에 워낙 추운데 (여기는 지금 12월이 여름임. 그럼 겨울인 7월은 도대체?) 바닥이 숭숭 뚫려있는 마룻바닥이다 보니 더 그렇다. 바닥을 밀실하게 하고 밤에 너무 춥지 않도록 난방기기(전기)를 설치해야 한다. 여기서 목감기 걸려 1주일간 고생했다."

"It was a shame that at night there were so many lights around the cabins impacting the ability to truly witness the clear skies. After supper finishes, perhaps give guests 30 minutes to reach their rooms (we were in the furthest away) and then turn the lights out so guests can appreciate the skies and stars. Unnecessary (and expensive) to have artificial lights all night. Pool was a bit disappointing although obviously a challenge in the environment."

"Breakfast was super and the view stunning. Even as an Namibian we loved the food and the view. Staff super friendly, helpful and very neat. Rooms were clean and had stunning view of Spitzkoppe. Could not get down the bridge because of hight and had a kind guard who assisted. Management could not be better. Kind, welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make every moment remember-bale. A super stay."
