"Apartment was huge.Fantastic balcony that looked out over the sea.Amazing views. 5min walk to the sea"

"From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous."

"An amazing location, right above the best snorkeling spot. Stunning views. Great access to restaurants. Helpful staff. Lovely big apartments with large balconies. Plenty of space for four people in the two bedroom apartment. Good airconditioning in the bedrooms."

"The beds were on the uncomfortably firm end of the scale. It would be nice to have airconditioning in the living area."

"Just a few finer details, needed to remember a sharp knife and dish washing detergent. Some tea, coffee, milk on arrival would have been nice. A couple of beach towels too, but these issues did not detract from the great stay we had."

"Overall the unit met most of our expectations. The bed was comfortable, the washing machine could be set to a 15minute wash cycle which was great. There was a dishwasher, microwave oven. Outdoor seating was good and the view extended over Lemon Bay and the mountains. Airconditioning in the bedroom."

"No plug for the sink even though the sink had an overflow built into it. No dishwashing detergent. Lack of kitchen utensils, very basic. The living area of the unit was VERY hot as it didn't get any sea breeze. A ceiling fan or pedestal fan is a MUST to make things much more comfortable."

"Great location, size of apartment, close to beach and restaurants and bars. Amazing view. Great outdoor furniture. Really quiet once doors were closed. Air con worked well to cool down even with doors closed."

"The bed was quite hard so not so good for people with bad backs. No towel rails or hooks in the bathroom. No dishwashing liquid for the sink. No sharp knife for cooking. No information to say the tourist info centre was around the corner at the Aquarium. No shop nearby to get basic eating/cleaning supplies - twenty minute walk to supermarket and bottle store."
